Participant Applications

There are numerous ways to participate at Salute to America. Just find the appropriate participant application listed below. Some participants will be required to provide more than one type of application so please note if multiple applications buttons are listed. All Food Vendors

July 3 & 4 - To participate as a food vendor at Salute to America you MUST submit THREE documents. You will NOT be allowed to participate unless ALL THREE documents are properly submitted by the deadline.


The three documents are:

1. Salute Food Vendor Application

2. City of Jefferson Temporary Business License Application

3. City of Jefferson City Temporary Food Vendor Application


Food vendor registration will be open March 21. Please check back at that time.

Bands & Musical Performers

July 3 & 4 - We're looking for great bands for both July 3rd and 4th. We have multiple stages and welcome all format types. There's no cost to apply - just click on the link below.

July 4th - Two city blocks of merchants, groups, organizations, and businesses representing diverse products and services.

Friend of the Festival Donation

Heritage Village Exhibitors & Vendors

July 4 - Heritage Village is a family friendly collection of all things related to  American history. If you have something to display, sell, or demonstrate this is the perfect opportunity to be in front of hundreds of attendees.

Heritage Village Performers

July 4 - Heritage Village is a family friendly collection of all things related to  American history. In addition to vendors, we also feature historical themed rein-actors, story tellers, and performers including civil war, settlers, native America, solders in uniform, etc.

Hot Dog Eating Contest

July 4 - How many hot dogs can you eat? Well we have a contest if you're up for the challenge. It's open to anyone including professional competitive eaters and amateurs. You may be sponsored if desired.

Kids Zone Exhibitors and Vendors

July 4 - The Salute to America Kids Zone is all about “kid fun” including entertainment, displays, games, and interactive activities. If you’re interesting in participating please click the button below. Please note you may also be required to submit a City Temp Business License Application.

Julyl 3 - Costume and personality contest open to any boy or girl 4, 5, or 6 years of age and is a Missouri resident.

Parade

July 3 - Everyone loves a parade! The Salute to America parade is one longest and most well attended events in mid-Missouri. Participation is open to individuals, companies, organizations, politicians, officials, and others. 


Parade registration will be open March 21. Please check back at that time.

Route 66 Cruise-In / Car Show

If you have a classic car and truck made prior to 1988 we welcome your participation in the Route 66 Cruise-In/Car Show. It happens July 4th beginning at 11 am and ends around 4 pm. The location is on Broadway Street in front of St Peter Church. Space is limited. Door prizes will be given.
